How it works |
|
Once you've added elephant.co.uk Breakdown Cover to your policy
it couldn't be easier to use.
You'll receive your elephant.co.uk Breakdown Cover details
along with a card with our freephone breakdown assistance number.
As soon as you receive the card write your policy number and
registration number on the back of the card as you'll need
this information when you call us.
As well as the scheme code which is already printed on the
card we'll also need the make, model and type of your car.
We'll also need your location so we can find you as quickly
as possible and the phone number so we can call you back to
keep you informed. |

Q. How can I add elephant.co.uk's Breakdown Cover to my
policy?
A. It really couldn't be easier - just call our Customer
Care Team on 0870 040 6644.
Q. Can you pass on messages?
A. You don't have to worry if your breakdown has made you late for a meeting
at work or if your family are expecting you at home - we're always happy to
pass on a message for you!
Q. Does my membership cover me for any car?
A. No. It only covers your car.
Q. Is there any limit on the distance from home it
can be recovered from?
A. No, if your car cannot be repaired at the roadside or at a local garage, we
will take you, your car and up to six passengers home or to your destination
anywhere in the UK.
Q. Am I covered if my car breaks down at home?
A. We include roadside assistance and recovery to help you at the scene of the
breakdown and also home assistance to aid you if the car won't start for you
at home.
Q. What happens if I lose or break my keys?
A. If you lose or break your keys give us a call and we'll help you. |
