elephant.co.uk has joined forces again with self proclaimed “Best Driver Ever”, Tim Shaw to take a look at the perils of driving in wintry conditions. In our film, Tim is tasked with negotiating a small test course of traffic cones at low speed. Simple enough, you might think, until you realise the course has been laid out on an ice rink!
Most of us think if you hit a patch of ice in a moving car you are no longer in control of the vehicle but, with the help of former rally driver and expert ice driver Andrew McKenna, we prove it is possible for drivers, even Tim, to be ‘precise on the ice’ and stay safe.
