Residents have hit out at a "disrespectful" charity venture by a Wimbledon church, which saw drivers parking on graves.
St Mary's Church in leafy Wimbledon Village has been charging people £20 to squeeze their cars in between headstones, as fans try to get as close as possible to the action at the All England Club.
In previous years the church had limited parking to a nearby field, but extended the service to consecrated ground this time around due to increased crowds.
The reverend Mary Bide said that parking had been limited to graves from the 18th and 19th Centuries, for whom relatives were not traceable.
The church, which often features in footage of Wimbledon village shot by the BBC at the championships, has now stopped allowing people to park in the church graveyard.
Resident Tim Brown fired off a volley at people using the facilities, who he said clearly had no respect for the dead of the parish.
"The expression to feel like someone's walked over your grave - well imagine a 4x4 parked over your grave," he added.
