What happens at renewal

Renewing with Elephant is easy

It's easy really. Three weeks before renewal, we'll send you your renewal pack. It will contain your renewal confirmation, including:

  • Your renewal premium
  • Your proof of No Claims Bonus
  • Your certificate of motor insurance

If you're paying by credit/debit card, we'll debit your card with the full renewal premium amount, on your renewal date. If you pay by Direct Debit, we will continue to collect your premium by this method.

If you decide you don't want to renew with Elephant please call us straight away on 0333 222 6719. Calls to 03 numbers will cost no more than calls to national geographic numbers (starting 01 or 02) from both mobiles and landlines.
